Personal Training
1-on-1 up to 4-on-1 training:
We offer 1-on-1 up to 4-on-1 personal training packages, all which include an unmatched level of privacy and attention.
All training sessions are designed and performed by a Registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer.
Body Blast is not a gym and unlike most places, whether you choose 1-on-1 or 4-on-1, there is no one else in the studio with you but your trainer. This is because at Body Blast, we only offer training sessions by appointment. We find a much higher level of commitment when you schedule it into your day.
Each and every training session is customized around you and your specific body type, fitness level and desired goals. The sessions are constantly changing and adapting to your level of progress to maximize results and keep your interest and motivation levels high. You will always be in a friendly, safe, clean and sterile environment to maximize your level of
comfort in each and every visit to Body Blast.
